Neat hotel with fair price in great location.
Clean, spacious room with great lighting in. Debrecen is a vibrant but peaceful city to explore from here. Everything is in walking distance and the rooftop terrace has a great atmosphere. Slightly better than average breakfast with some vegetarian options (if they add some vegetarian sausages it would be perfect!). Luxurious bathroom with mist shower, but on the small side for 2 persons. Internet speed: 5mbit down/10mbit up (just enough for videocalls), you can pay a fee for premium speeds. USB C power outlets, Nespresso & water cooker included.
Some smaller feedback that could've improved the experience: * If room heats up during day, it's difficult to cool down. There is AC, but somehow it isn't very effective. * Bed is nice and firm, pillows could be firmer (very subjective though). * Curtain glider could be improved (feels a bit like you're breaking it on open/close). * No streaming services on TV (huge TV though!)

Not how you want to end your vacation
The room was spotless! And so it should, it’s a new hotel!
I think they just opened and the staff was not familiar with the check în sistem. Also, after check in we were told that there is no room for our car in the garage. However, it was solved, meaning that we found a free spot very close to the hotel, the hotel was sending us to a mall near by or to another hotel! At check out I was told that I did not pay for the room and that was very disappointing for me, I could’ve let the rest go, but the lady made me stand there like a thief and she went to ask someone else.. interesting enough another lady took over the check out process and told me that I paid and that I am good to go:):) Hilton you did not make me a happy customer, but I am sure that you will improve in time, after all, you are Hilton :):)
